Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Rural Electrification Projects (RDSS Project)
Job Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the relevant field
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee works under various rural electrification programs such as IPDS, DDUGJY, RGGVY, SAUBHAGYA, and other government schemes.
- Plan, design, and implement distribution network layouts including HT/LT lines and substations.
- Ensure all works comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor material usage, vendor performance, and site progress.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection notes, and documentation for project milestones.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of power distribution systems and rural electrification schemes.
- Familiarity with 33/11 KV substations, transformers, HT/LT line erection, and allied civil works.
- Knowledge of government norms, tendering, and execution under schemes like RDSS, IPDS, DDUGJY, RGGVY, SAUBHAGYA.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Proficient in site supervision, project coordination, and resource management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Job Title: Graduate Trainee (GT) – Electrical Construction Projects
Job Location: Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in the relevant field
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site execution and monitoring of electrical construction works under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Open to travel as per project requirements and work in rural and high-voltage project sites.
Work in the following service areas:
- EHV & HV Electrical Sub-Stations (220kV, 400kV & 765kV)
- Transmission Line Construction (up to 400kV and above)
- Distribution System Development (33kV, 11kV networks)
- Civil Works for Electrical Projects (substation foundations, control rooms, cable trenches)
- Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of Sub-Stations and Transmission Lines
- Operation & Maintenance Support Services
- Augmentation of PTR capacity projects and 33KV feeder extensions
- Civil foundation works for construction of 400KV QMDC Line
- Prepare daily work logs, material usage reports, and inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams for execution tasks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of electrical construction projects, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
- Eagerness to learn supervisory responsibilities and project management skills.
- Effective communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Job Title: Site Engineer – Electrical Construction Projects
Job Location: Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India
Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 8 years in Electrical Construction / Rural Electrification / EHV-HV Projects
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervisor activities, ensuring smooth operation and progress at construction sites.
- Open to travel as per project requirements and work in rural and high-voltage project sites.
Plan, execute, and monitor electrical and associated civil works in the following service areas:
- EHV & HV Electrical Sub-Stations (220kV, 400kV & 765kV)
- Transmission Line Construction (up to 400kV and above)
- Distribution System Development (33kV, 11kV networks)
- Civil Works for Electrical Projects (substation foundations, control rooms, cable trenches)
- Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of Sub-Stations and Transmission Lines
- Operation & Maintenance Support Services
- Augmentation of PTR capacity of 50MVA to 80MVA and feeder extensions
- Civil foundation works for construction of 400KV QMDC Line
- Supervise unloading, storage, and issuance of materials with accurate documentation.
- Maintain quality and safety standards as per technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection notes, and site progress documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of EHV/HV systems, rural electrification, and distribution networks.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Experience in site supervision, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
